Hi, and welcome to my site! I’m Matt, and I’m here to tell you about the fastest way to lose belly fat (in my humble opinion… :) ).

Most people think that the fastest way to lose belly fat is by going on a crash diet, and throw in some crunches while they’re at it. While this is admirable and does take a lot of willpower, the truth of it is that this will not actually work—not permanently, anyway. Sure, you’ll lose some weight at the beginning, but this is a routine that is hard to sustain, and when you suddenly stop, the weight and the belly fat return.

I thought the same about reducing belly fat for a long time. I used to be quite fit, having been a varsity football player in high school—but then I stopped when I was in college, started enjoying beer, and guess what?, hello to a big, fat belly.
