Hi, my name is Matt Nicholas, and I’d like to tell you about how I got my belly fat to disappear and be replaced by hard-rock abs in no time.

I was never a fat kid when I was in school. In fact, I was even on the varsity football team way back in high school. However, due to my lack of commitment and busy schedule, I stopped playing when I got into college, and instead focused on my academics. This was when my weight and stomach belly problems started surfacing. The sudden lack of exercise in my lifestyle suddenly caused my stomach to bulge and my weight to increase. I wasn’t eating a LOT, but I did start drinking quite a lot of beer, and that coupled with no exercise definitely made way for the stomach protrusion to happen.

So for quite a while I had to contend with a round and fat belly—until I discovered a way to get my abs back without killing myself over-exercising. I came across a book called, The Truth About Abs, it is a great read that taught me how to live my life so that my abs would come back. It talks about the most unlikely exercises that really burn quite a lot of fat, plus the food that will help kill belly fat for good.

I hope that you gain a lot from reading The Truth About Abs too—it changed my life for the better! Remember that at the end of the day, there is no such thing as impossible weight loss. Everything is achievable if you believe it to be.
